Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation and ticketing for SME Day Summit 2024. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer. In the event of cancellation, the organizer will provide information on refunds or rescheduling. Ticket transfers are allowed, but you must notify the SME Day team at least 48 hours prior to the event date to transfer your ticket to another individual.

2. Event Schedule & Content

The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or content at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to the event agenda will be communicated to attendees via email or through official event communication channels. The organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred by attendees due to these changes.

3. Access & Entry

You must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the SME Day Summit. The ticket grants entry to the event for the day(s) specified on the ticket. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with event policies.

4. Health & Safety

All attendees must comply with the health and safety regulations of the venue, Samsung KX. The organizer may implement specific safety measures or guidelines to ensure the well-being of attendees. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Liability

SME Day and its organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained while attending the event. Attendees participate at their own risk and should take appropriate precautions to protect their personal belongings.

6. Media & Photography

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organizer reserves the right to use any media captured during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.

7. Data Protection

The organizer will collect and use your personal information to facilitate your participation in the event. Your information may be used to send event-related updates or promotional materials from SME Day or its partners. Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Force Majeure

The organizer will not be held liable for the cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

9. Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves inappropriately or disruptively, without any obligation to refund the ticket.
